A Decent Hotel, Some Missed Marks
spacious room nice furniture big pool breakfast service manual issue pending order
The room was spacious and nicely furnished. It reminded me of a true oasis. The pool was big enough that you can actually swim in it. Christmas Eve was spent there. It was a good decision.
I wanted to use the 'Whenever Wherever Breakfast' service. I called the front desk to get the manual. A Bell boy came and gave the manual with one hand. He didn't apologize. The order stayed 'pending'.

quiet oasis experience
tranquil atmosphere great selection spacious room
The hotel felt secluded. the gardens and pool area were very inviting. breakfast offered a great selection. The rooms were spacious and very clean. i appreciated the tranquil atmosphere this hotel provided. it was a perfect retreat after exploring the city.
when i arrived, there seemed to be some confusion regarding my luggage. the front desk services lacked detailed explanations. this. i was not fully informed about all available amenities and services.

the staff assisted with requests quickly. they are attentive. they are also kind, which enhanced the stay, it was efficient service overall.

The pool area included a good number of loungers, it offers a refreshing escape. The gardens provided a quiet space to relax. the hotel grounds are well maintained.

Breakfast options had variety and freshness. The dining area was clean and well-organized, it was an enjoyable way to start the day at the hotel.

wrong name pending order
When i arrived, the tv displayed a wrong name. i wanted to use the 'whenever wherever breakfast' service, but i received no manual and had to call. my breakfast order stayed pending for an hour, that was not good. the next day, the room cleaning service request was also pending for hours. This made me uncomportable.
